Lactose-free alternative: oat milk.

Oat milk is better digested and provides all the necessary vitamins and minerals, unlike regular cow’s milk, which in turn contains harmful lactose, causing diarrhoea, flatulence and bloating.

The accumulation of lactose in the intestine becomes a breeding ground for pathogenic bacteria.

Oat milk normalises metabolism and eliminates excess fluid. It reduces sugar and cholesterol levels, which has a favourable effect on weight loss.

You can simply drink oat milk, make coffee or smoothies, or flakes.
